  Pricing:
The price for support varies and depends on your current hourly rate structure and the hours in which the work is performed.
 
  Support Parameters:
 
  • 2 hour Initial response time.
  • Remote support via phone or email.
  • Onsite support if necessary to resolve issue. 
  Work Schedule:
 
  • Normal Business Hours: 8am - 5pm MST 
    Monday - Friday
    Billed at current hourly rate.
      
  • Evening / Weekend Hours: 6pm - 8am MST 
    Monday - Friday,  All day Saturday and Sunday
    Billed at 1.5 times the current hourly rate.
      
  • Holiday Hours: See list of observed Holidays below.
    Billed at 2.0 times the current hourly rate.
